Results Summary

It gives very clean bands of DNA once run out on a gel. It is High-Fidelity and sequencing results are always 100% correct. Preparing PCR Reactions is extremely fast (5 min). This is a Master Mix, we only need to add primers, water, and potentially 5% DMSO for each reaction. In addition, it comes with loading dye/buffer included, so you don’t need to add loading buffer to each sample before running out the reactions on an agarose gel
